The first thing we did for this new brief was pick a random word out of the dictionary. I got 'reminder'.
I took a picture of the picture of a wet paint sign, this is a reminder not to touch it.
Then we each got an extract from a book called 'Bigger then Hitler, better than Christ'.
Using the book we picked a number between 1-10 to choose a line. Then out of 4-8 to go down the sentence. Then the next 6 words are what you need.
I got '...I have never doubted you ever, ever...'
I took a picture of two people holding hands, because I thought it was a really emotional way of annotating '...I have never doubted you..."
I drew a sketch of how I wanted it to look.
It worked out perfectly, except I used to womans hands instead of a guy and girl.
I prefer this one because they are making a connection rather then just reaching out to one another. Generally speaking people make contact when they are comforting others. I decided to take it in black and white because I think it adds to the mood and texture of the photograph.
